Job summary

USA Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead outpatient clinics along the Gulf Coast. You will supervise 25+ clinical staff, set schedules, monitor compliance with licensure and safety requirements, and drive process improvements across operations.

In this role you will partner with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality patient care, manage budgets, and represent clinics in interdepartmental meetings while maintaining patient-centered services and adherence to HIPAA and other

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional clinical experience, with 3 in supervisory capacity.
• Experience in ambulatory or acute care settings.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support on hire.
• Licensure or certification in area of clinical focus on hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 25+ clinical employees and delegate tasks.
• Monitor compliance with licensure, education, and required certifications such as BLS.
• Develop and implement clinic operations policies and procedures.
• Assist in QA and performance evaluations in collaboration with leadership.
• Represent outpatient clinics in interdepartmental meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance in assigned areas.
• Host daily/weekly huddles to review gaps in care or new initiatives.
