USA Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee multiple ambulatory clinics along the Gulf Coast. You will partner with Clinical Supervisors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality care in a busy, patient-centered environment.

The role manages 25+ clinical staff, ensures licensure and BLS compliance, drives process improvements, and collaborates with leadership to optimize schedules, documentation, patient flow, and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of professional experience in area of clinical focus, 3 of which were in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for one year of the required experience.
• Licensure or certification in area of clinical focus upon hire.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee 25+ clinical employees including delegating work tasks and scheduling across clinics.
• Monitor licensure, education, and necessary certifications such as BLS to ensure compliance.
• Track and maintain daily clinical operational performance indicators and address opportunities.
• Assist in development and implementation of clinic operations policies and procedures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and participate in accreditation or regulatory quality efforts.
• Interview and screen candidates, educate new hires, and oversee onboarding through completion.
• Complete performance evaluations and support quality initiatives for assigned areas.
• Ensure patient-centered care and collaborate with leadership to optimize clinic workflows.
