Job summary

USA Health is seeking a Clinic RN Supervisor to provide high-quality care in our outpatient Mobile clinic. The role includes direct on-site supervision of 10+ clinical staff and collaboration with the Clinical RN Manager and Medical Director.

The RN will perform nursing assessments, educate patients, administer medications, and assist with procedures while maintaining regulatory policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Alabama (NLC or state).
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Comparable education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality on-site nursing care in an outpatient clinic.
• Supervise 10+ clinical staff (MA, LPN, RN).
• Coordinate daily practice activities and staffing needs.
• Develop, implement clinic policies and pathways.
• Perform nursing assessments and patient education.
• Administer medications and in-office procedures.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
