Job summary

Southeast Primary Care Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and staff across multiple locations. You will lead onsite, monitor performance, manage budgets, and drive quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, budgeting, and process-improvement skills, plus experience in marketing and community relations to promote the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 3+ years healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of planning, organization and direction of clinic operations.
• Onsite leadership during operating hours; critical to success of practice operations.
• Supervise, develop and mentor clinic supervisory staff.
• Monitor clinic metrics (customer service, membership, retention, etc).
• Assist in budget preparation and adherence.
• Promote region through marketing and community relations.
• Implement continual process improvement across clinic processes and services.
• Supervise staff to ensure quality patient care and compliant practices.
• Collect performance metrics and produce management reports.
• Order office and medical supplies and manage inventory.
