Job summary

USA Health in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee outpatient clinics, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality care and cost-effective operations.

You will lead 25+ clinical staff, coordinate scheduling and performance evaluations, develop policies, monitor licensure and certifications (including BLS), and drive quality improvement and accreditation readiness across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of professional experience in area of clinical focus, 3 of which were in a supervisory capacity, 2 of which were in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for one year of the required experience.
• Licensure or certification in area of clinical focus Upon Hire Required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned clinics to deliver cost effective quality health care in a safe and timely manner.
• Manage 25+ clinical staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Monitor licensure, education, and necessary applicable certifications such as BLS.
• Develop and implement clinic operations policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and related regulations.
