North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Manager III of Clinic Practice to oversee highly complex clinic operations across a department with 7+ providers and 20+ staff. This role ensures patient satisfaction goals, clinical objectives, and quality standards while managing budgets and staff performance.

The position involves supervising a team, coaching employees, and optimizing clinic operations, ensuring coverage and policy adherence within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily functions/activities of the clinic with 7 or more providers and more than 20 employees.
• Assure patient satisfaction goals, clinical goals and quality standards are met.
• Supervises and provides coaching for employees within scope of responsibility and generally develops and oversees multiple tiers of clinic leadership, usually including team leads and supervisors.
• Role generally oversees highly complex practice operation.
• Schedules staff members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assures that all employees within scope of responsibility have adequate knowledge of the required policies & procedures.
