Job summary

Banco Santander SA is seeking a Banking Center Manager in the United States (CT region). The role supports the Banking Center Manager in achieving sales, service, and P&L goals while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

You will process transactions, assist with account openings, build customer relationships, and lead staff to meet performance targets in a customer-centric branch environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.
• Keeps current with systems used for branch transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center Manager with achieving sales, service, and operations targets.
• Process routine banking transactions accurately and open accounts with complete client information.
• Build COI’s by networking and prospecting to propagate the bank brand.
• Use lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document activities.
