Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED: or equivalent - Required
• Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services - Required
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales - Required
• 6+ Months Demonstrated Santander experience related to the essential functions - Required
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in a high volume environment - Required
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience - Required

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers, including transactional, servicing, and product support.
