Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a highly analytical Senior Insurance Service Specialist to join our high-volume service team. You will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex policy inquiries across call, chat, and text.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, a High School diploma, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will document cases in Salesforce, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements while delivering excellent service.

work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
