Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Insurance Service Specialist to join our high-volume service team. You will serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex policy inquiries across call, chat, and text channels while ensuring technical precision in endorsements.

You will mentor Level 1 and Level 2 agents to elevate service quality, maintain compliance with state regulations and SLAs, and document cases in Salesforce and carrier systems. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in insurance or related customer service roles.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Service Specialist to join our high-volume service team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex policy inquiries across multiple communication channels including call, chat, and text. You will be responsible for ensuring technical precision in policy endorsements, maintaining rigorous compliance standards, and serving as a mentor to Level 1 and Level 2 agents to elevate the overall quality of our service delivery.

salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per year

shift: First

work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

education: High School
