• Walk field teams through platform processes, resolve software or entry errors, and provide step-by-step tutorial support.
• Review incoming client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and operational guidelines.

We are seeking a Client Account Services (CAS) Specialist to serve as a key partner to our Financial Advisors and Client Associates. In this highly collaborative role, you will deliver high-touch operational support across the full account lifecycle—from setting up new investment accounts to maintaining existing portfolios and onboarding clients into specialized platform features.

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed
