$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Job Overview

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team. The role requires strong business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruiting for new contracts, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director of the Client Success team. The role may also involve candidate sourcing, security process management, and coordination of program needs. Collaboration with Business Development to identify and secure new bidding opportunities is essential. The position may include proposal support and operational project execution as a billable resource, serving as a direct support to the Director of the Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the CRM, including opportunity management, candidate sourcing, interviews, and requisition submissions.
  • Review and prepare candidate presentations for clients.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring pre-screens, interviews, security clearances, and placements.
  • Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of government contracting processes.
  • Support client relationship management, communication, and growth initiatives.
  • Foster organic growth with existing clients.
  • Participate in deal crafting, business strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients from successful bids.
  • Support Business Development activities, including market research, technical writing, and sourcing personnel.
