Job Title: Senior Client Success Representative

Contact Government Services (CGS Federal) is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

Pay Range

This range is provided by CGS Federal. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Job Overview

The Senior Client Success Representative will have knowledge and skills in business, excellent communication, technical communication methods, and experience in executing program tasks. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department with identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contracts, supporting existing client programs, and assisting the Director of the team. The role may involve candidate sourcing, security process management, and coordinating program needs. Collaboration with Business Development to identify and secure new work is also expected. The position may require proposal support and operational involvement as a billable resource.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update the CRM with opportunity details, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submissions.
  2. Review and present candidates to clients.
  3. Manage candidate pipelines through screening, interviews, and security clearance processes.
  4. Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Support client relationships, communication, and growth initiatives.
  8. Develop organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Contribute to deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contracts.
  10. Assist in onboarding new clients from bids.
  11. Support Business Development with pricing, market research, technical writing, and sourcing personnel.
