Base pay range

$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position requires knowledge of general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and demonstrated experience in understanding and executing program initiative tasks. Primary duties include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client program support, and supporting the Director of the Client Success team. Responsibilities may also involve candidate sourcing, security process facilitation, and coordination of program kickoff and sustainment activities. Collaboration with the Business Development department to identify and secure new business is essential. The role may include proposal support and operational project execution as a billable resource. It serves as a direct support role to the Director level of the team.

Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards, establishing pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates against requisitions.
  • Review and present candidates to end clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, ensuring pre-screens, interviews, security clearances, and successful placements.
  • Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  • Assist with client relationship management, communication, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop organic growth with existing clients.
  • Participate in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients from successful bids.
  • Support Business Development with market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in the business lifecycle.
