Job description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position of Senior Client Success Representative requires knowledge and capabilities including general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and demonstrable experience in understanding & executing program initiative tasks. This position's primary duties include supporting the Client Success department with goals such as identifying new opportunities, recruitment efforts for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client program support, and providing support to the Director level of the department.

Responsibilities may include identifying new candidates for placement on CGS prime and subcontracts, facilitating security processes, and coordinating program kickoff and sustainment needs related to personnel and services. The Senior Client Success Representative will collaborate with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid work, contributing to the growth of CGS's prime and subcontracting portfolio. Support in proposal phases and operational project execution may also be required. This role is designed to serve as a direct support to the Director level of the Client Success team.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Maintaining the CRM by updating opportunity cards, assisting with pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates against requisitions.
  2. Reviewing and presenting candidates for submission to clients.
  3. Managing a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, ensuring pre-screens, interviews, security checks, and successful placement.
  4. Managing and updating CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Participating in the creation and maintenance of core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintaining knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Assisting with maintaining client relationships, communications, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  8. Creating organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Participating in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  10. Assisting with onboarding new clients from bids.
  11. Supporting Business Development with pricing, market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in business development phases.
