Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team.
The position of Senior Client Success Representative requires knowledge and capabilities including general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and demonstrable experience in understanding & executing program initiative tasks. This position's primary duties include supporting the Client Success department with goals such as identifying new opportunities, recruitment efforts for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client program support, and providing support to the Director level of the department.
Responsibilities may include identifying new candidates for placement on CGS prime and subcontracts, facilitating security processes, and coordinating program kickoff and sustainment needs related to personnel and services. The Senior Client Success Representative will collaborate with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid work, contributing to the growth of CGS's prime and subcontracting portfolio. Support in proposal phases and operational project execution may also be required. This role is designed to serve as a direct support to the Director level of the Client Success team.
