Base pay range

$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position requires knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruiting for new contracts, assisting with existing client support tasks, and supporting the Director of the department. The role may also involve candidate sourcing, security process facilitation, and coordinating program kickoffs and sustainment activities. Collaboration with the Business Development team to identify and secure new bid opportunities is essential, and the role may include proposal support and operational project execution as billable hours.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the CRM by updating opportunity cards, establishing pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates.
  • Reviewing and presenting candidate submissions to clients.
  • Managing a pipeline of candidates through pre-screens, interviews, security, and placement.
  • Updating and enhancing CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Creating and maintaining core documentation and systems.
  • Maintaining knowledge of government contracting.
  • Supporting client relationships and growth initiatives.
  • Creating organic growth with existing clients.
  • Participating in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients from bids.
  • Supporting Business Development with market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in business lifecycle phases.
