Job Summary

Contact Government Services (CGS Federal) is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience with technical communication methods. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department with identifying new opportunities, recruitment efforts for new contract acquisition, assisting with current client program support, and providing support to the Director level of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, including opportunity cards, pricing, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submitting qualified candidates.
  • Review and prepare candidate presentations for clients.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring pre-screens, interviews, security processes, and placements.
  • Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Maintain core documentation and systems knowledge.
  • Support government contracting knowledge and client relationship management.
  • Drive organic growth with existing clients and participate in business development strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and support business development activities such as pricing, market research, and technical writing.
Additional Details

Pay Range: $67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr (based on skills and experience)
