Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead strategic client partnerships, drive product adoption, and maximize lifetime value across our SaaS solutions for self-storage operators. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor onboarding, monitor health, and translate client needs into product improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in client success or related roles, strong presentation and communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have strong client-facing experience and a proven track record in client success or account management.
• 7+ years in client success, account management, or related roles in SaaS/storage industries.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company locations as required.
• Experience translating business problems into technical solutions and leading large initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate on onboarding plans tailored to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with business goals and drive value realization.
• Provide executive visibility into business results and initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with Product/Engineering.
• Share insights across Client Success and broader team.
• Track Client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
• Lead client business reviews to ensure alignment and success.
• Elevate at-risk accounts and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
