Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to translate client goals into real value across our SaaS platform. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive adoption and renewals, and build trusted relationships with key clients.

You will collaborate with Implementation and Product teams, conduct business reviews, manage escalations, and advocate for client needs. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed to expand strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and client success metrics.
• Project management experience and ability to lead workshops for large initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with business goals and drive outcomes.
• Provide executive visibility into business results and initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve product adoption and effectiveness.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with Product/Engineering.
• Share best practices across Client Success and the broader team.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Facilitate client business review meetings for alignment and success.
• Communicate client health and escalate risks when needed.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders.
