Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III to lead day-to-day account management for an assigned group in Glendale, CA. You will focus on client retention, satisfaction, and renewal success while partnering with the Production team to deliver high-quality solutions.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service/claims management (or a HS diploma with 10+ years) and 1+ year supervisory experience; insurance knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account management for an assigned group within a Branch.
• Lead the renewal process in partnership with Production to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Secure existing business and upsell additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and solidify relationships with buyers and client representatives.
