Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a part of Gallagher, is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III to deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients while managing a portfolio of accounts. The role partners with Production for renewals and focuses on securing ongoing business and expanding service coverage.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service/claims management experience or a High School diploma with 10+ years, plus 1+ year supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen; proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts.
• Lead the renewal process in partnership with the Production team to deliver best possible solutions.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and client representatives and ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to key business outcomes including client retention, operating/margin targets, and performance improvement.
