Gallagher is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager II to lead day-to-day account management for a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality service and strengthening relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years in client service/claims management.
• Producer's License and appropriate licensing as required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, efficient service to internal and external clients through day-to-day account management.
• Lead renewal processes in partnership with the Production team to deliver best solutions.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build relationships with buyers and client representatives to support retention and growth.
