Job summary

MedaHealth Associates is seeking a Client Success/Relationship Manager to own the ongoing relationship with our existing clients. You will ensure they are informed, supported, and satisfied, acting as the link between clients and internal teams to reduce churn and improve service.

In this hybrid role, you will balance in-office collaboration with remote work, managing a high volume of accounts and contributing to retention strategies across Florida.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high volume of client interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for existing clients with regular check-ins.
• Resolve client concerns calmly to prevent churn.
• Keep CRM and follow-up processes organized.
• Learn products, workflows, and industry rules to answer clients accurately.
• Identify at-risk accounts and work to retain them.
• Relay client feedback to management in a usable form.
• Adjust priorities as needs shift day to day.
