In this vital role you will serve as the primary operational liaison between CMBS and assigned clients. This position is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring revenue cycle performance, identifying and resolving operational issues, coordinating internal follow-up, and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
The Client Account Manager is expected to understand each assigned client’s business, financial performance, workflows, payer mix, and operational priorities in order to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
