Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, client services, account management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advertiser point of contact from launch to post-campaign analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts as a strategic business owner.
• Become an expert in the Yahoo DSP across Display, Advanced TV, Native, DOOH, OLV, Commerce Media, and emerging advertising solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Build trusted consultative relationships with brand and agency partners.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education for clients to maximize platform adoption.
• Embrace an agentic-first approach using AI-powered tools to improve productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
