Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Sr. Account Specialist within Client Services to manage strategic advertiser relationships and deliver consultative guidance that drives measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital advertising, client services, account management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advertiser contact through the campaign lifecycle from launch to post‑campaign analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, identify growth opportunities, and foster long‑term partnerships.
• Become an expert in the Yahoo DSP and related advertising solutions across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations grounded in performance data and business objectives.
• Monitor delivery, identify optimizations, resolve issues, and drive growth strategies.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education for clients to maximize platform adoption.
