Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in digital advertising, client services, account management, or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights using data.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advertiser point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle, owning success from launch through optimization and post-campaign analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts as a strategic business owner, identifying opportunities to grow customer investment and long-term partnerships.
• Become an expert in the Yahoo DSP and programmatic advertising solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to deliver outcomes.
• Build trusted consultative relationships with brand and agency partners by providing strategic recommendations based on data.
