Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Senior Director of B2B Media Strategy to lead enterprise and growth-stage clients, turning complex business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. You will shape go-to-market plans that connect media, operations, and revenue alignment, ensuring impact from first impression to closed-won revenue.

You’ll collaborate with channel experts, client services, and analytics teams while engaging with sales and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

6–8 years of hands-on experience planning, activating, and optimizing multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid/search/social and programmatic.
Proven ability to connect full-funnel media strategies to measurable outcomes including pipeline acceleration and ROI.
Expertise with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense) and intent data sources (Bombora, G2, LinkedIn).
Hands-on configuration and reporting in CRM and MAP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Dynamics).

Responsibilities

Design integrated B2B go-to-market media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Lead cross-channel media efforts across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, content syndication, and PR.
Align media strategy with sales and marketing to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
Collaborate with creative and client teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
