Job summary

Insight is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead strategic solution sales across our portfolio. You will establish Insight as a full portfolio provider, identify client needs, and align offerings with GTM strategies.

Expect travel to client sites and hybrid/remote work depending on location, with a focus on CXO-level relationship building and delivering measurable revenue growth. Work with a best-in-class delivery team to win new accounts and expand existing ones, guiding account planning,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business/CS.
Experience selling high-end technical solutions across multiple platforms.
Extensive channel management and partner collaboration experience.
Ability to present to CXO leadership and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and close solution sales opportunities.
Increase revenue by expanding and cross-selling into new solution categories.
Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives with industry and technical background.
Collaborate with presales and implementation teams to shape account strategy.
Forecast and manage sales pipeline with accurate reporting.
