Job summary

CSG is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth of the CX portfolio across strategic accounts. You will shape account strategies and position AI-enabled CX capabilities to executives, delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities include owning a portfolio, expanding revenue within existing accounts, and winning new logo opportunities across healthcare, retail, and financial services, with a partner-led sales motion as well.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in CX, software or enterprise services.
• Proven track record of expanding revenue in strategic accounts.
• Strong ability to lead value conversations with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts with account plans.
• Drive CX revenue in existing accounts and qualify new opportunities.
• Develop territory and prospecting strategies to win new logos.
• Lead end-to-end CX sales process from discovery to signature.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and partners.
• Present compelling business cases and ROI in proposals.
