Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Services Field Effectiveness Senior Manager to lead enablement for the Client Services organization, accelerating delivery and value realization for client deployments. You will partner with GTM Effectiveness and Practice Leadership to translate delivery needs into scalable training and programs, while modeling AI-native work habits to boost productivity.

You will own onboarding, ongoing learning, and certifications, and drive adoption of Intapp Celeste across client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or implementation
• 2+ years in enablement, field effectiveness, or a learning role supporting Client Services or technical field audience
• Ability to translate complex delivery methodology into accessible training and field-ready content
• Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
• Field-first: focus on what lands with delivery teams
• Credible with practitioners: understood by delivery teams, not just leadership
• Proactive and scrappy: identify gaps early and close them

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded enablement partner to Client Services, building trusted relationships with practice leads and segment managers and representing Client Services priorities in Field Effectiveness and GTM Strategy & Operations forums
• Own field communications and training programming across product knowledge, industry knowledge, process & methodology, and professional skills, including workshops, live sessions, async content, and certifications
• Own onboarding and everboarding end-to-end, partnering with Learning and Skills on ramp tracks, milestones, role cards, skills assessments, and certifications
• Model AI-native working habits and drive adoption of Intapp Celeste and AI-assisted delivery practices across project work, client communication, and knowledge management
• Build a manager reinforcement motion into every program and measure its impact on time-to-billability, time-to-go-live, delivery quality, and CSAT/tNPS

Job description

The Client Services Field Effectiveness Senior Manager is the dedicated enablement lead for Intapp’s Client Services function, the teams who work with clients to deploy Intapp’s products and deliver lasting value. You will work as part of the Client Services team, joining their meetings and practice leadership conversations so you understand what is getting in the way of delivery before it becomes a problem. You will take programs built with the wider GTM Effectiveness function and bring them to life in Client Services by activating them, measuring adoption, and feeding field insights back to improve the standard. You will model AI-native working habits and drive adoption of Intapp Celeste for delivery productivity.

What you will do:

• Serve as the embedded enablement partner to Client Services, building trusted relationships with practice leads and segment managers and representing Client Services priorities in Field Effectiveness and GTM Strategy & Operations forums

What you will need:

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or implementation, with firsthand experience inside a delivery org and an understanding of how it works
• 2+ years in enablement, field effectiveness, or a learning role supporting a Client Services or technical field audience
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex delivery methodology into accessible training and field-ready content
• Experience working in or alongside a vertical SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
• Field-first: you care about what actually lands with delivery teams, not what looks good on a slide
• Credible with practitioners: Client Services teams trust you because you understand their world, not because you sit outside it
• Proactive and scrappy: you identify gaps before leadership asks and move quickly to close them
