Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Client Services Executive I to manage large, strategic accounts within the healthcare PBM space. You will lead cross-functional efforts to retain clients, drive value, and expand relationships across complex organizations.

You’ll develop long-term account plans, present performance data, and coordinate with clinical and service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Willingness to travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of client-facing experience in healthcare or PBM.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Support CSE and senior CSC responsibilities.
• Create and present data for strategic business plans and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve costs, service, and outcomes for clients.
• Travel to client sites and provide escalation support as needed.
• Mentor coordinator levels and CSEs, and manage client relationships.
