Whalar is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services in New York, NY or Los Angeles to lead high-impact client partnerships and grow key accounts. You will mentor a Client Services team, optimize operations, and deliver standout creator-driven campaigns across major social platforms.

You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring flawless execution, expanding business opportunities, and shaping the creator economy with fresh ideas and industry insights.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' agency or brand experience, including team management.
• Strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the creator economy, social media advertising ecosystem and industry innovations.
• Appreciate and understand the value of top quality creativity.
• Curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.

Aufgaben

• Act as a senior liaison with clients, creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaigns.
• Manage team day-to-day tasks and campaign delivery with support from Director.
• Mentor, train and develop team members through career pathing.
• Deliver campaigns across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Maintain project workflows and templates to avoid silos between teams.
• Assist in creator negotiations and manage contracting with Business Affairs.
