Whalar is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead the delivery and growth of key client partnerships. You will bridge clients, creators, and cross-functional teams, ensuring exceptional campaign execution and strategic advisory across platforms.

You will build and mentor a high-performing Client Services team, drive operational excellence, shape account growth, and contribute to new business opportunities in the creator economy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in agency or brand roles with leadership experience.
• Strong client management and strategic advisory skills.
• Proven ability to deliver campaigns across social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Client Services team to ensure flawless campaigns.
• Drive account growth and contribute to new business opportunities.
• Coordinate across creators, clients, and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and campaign reconciliation.
• Provide mentorship and career development for team members.
• Prepare campaign wrap reports with Measurment/Analytics teams.
