The Client Services team ensures smooth execution of campaigns, sourcing the right expertise, and delivering high-quality outputs that satisfy brands. This role focuses on sourcing, managing creators, briefing, and monitoring campaign content.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the creator/influencer landscape.
• Affinity for social media and creators.
• Strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, curious mindset with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source, gather information and vet creators across platforms.
• Build strong relationships with creators during and after campaigns.
• Develop and issue creator briefs and manage day-to-day communications.
• Review creator content for ASA and IP compliance; provide feedback.
• Create posting schedules and monitor posts during campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Manager on campaign performance and reporting.
• Be a cultural pulse of the creator economy and trends.
