The Executive, Client Services leads day-to-day client relations, coordinating creator sourcing, onboarding, briefing, content review, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery. Adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in the creator/influencer landscape.
• Affinity for social media and content creators.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and curious mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Thrives in collaborative, flexible environments.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and manage creators across platforms.
• Build relationships from outreach through contracting and briefing.
• Develop creator briefs and lead day-to-day communications.
• Review content for quality and compliance, with feedback loops.
• Create posting schedules and monitor campaigns for sentiment.
