Whalar is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead the delivery and growth of key client partnerships across social campaigns. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor a high-performing group, and drive exceptional client experiences while shaping strategy with creators and platforms.

You will manage budgets, oversee contract processes with the Business Affairs team, and contribute to new business opportunities, ensuring measurable impact for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ agency or brand experience with team management.
• Proven track record delivering programs for large client accounts.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
