Qualifications

• 1+ years in the creator and influencer landscape.
• Affinity for social media, content creators and influencers is a plus.
• Creative and curious mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Creator Sourcing: identify, gather info and vet creators across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
• Creator Management: build relationships through outreach, onboarding, contracting, briefs and campaign feedback.
• Creative Briefing: develop and issue creator briefs and lead day-to-day content development communications.
• Content Review & Quality Control: review creator content for ASA/IP compliance, alignment with brief and quality.
• Content Scheduling & Monitoring: create and maintain posting schedules; monitor posts for accuracy and sentiment.
• Campaign Performance: assist in tracking, budgeting, data capture and wrap reports.
• Cultural pulse: stay current with creator economy trends and discoveries.
