Whalar, part of Accenture Song, is a leading Creator and Social agency with hubs in New York, London, Berlin and Los Angeles. This Client Services role focuses on delivering creative output and ensuring smooth project execution across campaigns.

You will manage creator partnerships, briefs, and scheduling while driving client satisfaction and quality standards. The role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative team that values flexible, scrappy execution.

Qualifications

• Have 1+ years’ experience in the general creator and influencer landscape.
• Have an affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus.
• Have strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Have a creative and curious mindset and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing creators across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more).
• Build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from outreach to briefing and contracting.
• Develop and issue creator briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development.
• Review all creator content for ASA and IP compliance and quality.
• Create and maintain a posting schedule; monitor posts for accuracy and sentiment.
• Collaborate with the Manager to update campaign trackers, manage budgets and deliver wrap reports.
• Keep a pulse on creator economy trends and present insights.
