Job summary

OSTTRA Group is seeking a Senior Client Services Analyst in New York to support new and existing customers, providing application and technical support for our global client base. You will work closely with onboarding, development, and internal teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality service.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to adapt to flexible hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in financial technology services and/or banking.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science preferred.
• Excellent communications skills and experience dealing with clients at various levels.
• Knowledge of trade life cycles and OSTTRA services; post-trade processing experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure to resolve client issues and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a support representative for key clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor Salesforce queues to ensure cases are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues with high satisfaction.
• Develop understanding of the fintech platform, products, and services.
• Align with global strategies and contribute to a unified client service approach.
• Identify process enhancements to improve client experience and efficiency.
