Job summary

OSTTRA is seeking a Client Services Associate in New York, NY. You will provide primary-level problem resolution and customer service to current and potential clients, leading onboarding and maintaining client relationships while supporting multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling operations, data interpretation, and contributing to process improvements. You will engage with clients, participate in calls or visits, and support new product rollouts.

Qualifications

• Product experience with OTC and Exchange Traded derivatives.
• Knowledge of front, middle and back-office operations and systems.
• Ability to solve problems and teach colleagues internal operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems across all asset classes and mastery of internal operational processes.
• Data interpretation and optimization; review and manage exceptions promptly.
• Teach/help colleagues regarding internal processes and perform quality checks on Analysts' work.
• Provide excellent customer service across asset classes; build strong client relationships.
• Support development of enhancements to improve customer experience and internal processes.
• Create development tickets for new products and services; validate functionality with clients.
