Qualifications

• Leadership and delegation of regional team
• Deep understanding of triReduce and triBalance services and capabilities
• Clear client communication to address issues before they escalate
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, OTC derivatives and post-trade processes
• Solid technical foundation (OSTTRA platforms, SQL, Python)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the regional triReduce-triBalance Client services team of 5–6 members
• Ensure training and support for regional clients to maximize value from triReduce and triBalance
• Oversee global Client services initiatives and align with other regions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and staffing plans
• Participate in regional recruiting and performance feedback with team members
