Job summary

OSTTRA is seeking two Client Services Associates in New York to lead onboarding, manage client relationships, and resolve operational and technical issues. You will engage across core initiatives, documenting requirements, and driving efficiency in daily workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors, and contributing to global strategy. A strong background in front-, middle-, and back-office operations and derivatives markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with OTC and Exchange Traded derivatives in financial services.
• 5+ years in financial technology services and/or banking; BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or CS preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of front-, middle-, back-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and manage ongoing relationships.
• Troubleshoot daily operational and technical issues across asset classes.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality checks.
• Partner on new initiatives and document enhancement requests.
• Analyze client service metrics and contribute to strategy initiatives.
