Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience in retirement services or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ direct client relationship experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Maintain relationships with CEO, senior clients and financial professionals to promote retention and growth.
• Provide consultative support as a dedicated contact to execute coordinated strategies.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to resolve client issues and advocate for clients.
