Job summary

Ascensus LLC is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to serve as the focal point for elite advisor plan clients and their financial professionals. You will manage client relationships, provide consultative support, and work across sales, service and operations to retain plans and drive growth.

You will develop education and communication strategies with C-level contacts, cross-sell revenue opportunities, coordinate internal teams, analyze data, and lead initiatives to enhance the Ascensus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years in retirement services industry preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships in financial services.
• Certification or working towards ASPPA/CEBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship management for large elite advisor plan clients and their financial professionals.
• Offer consultative advice and coordinate strategies to support plan clients and advisors.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate professionals on products and services.
• Lead projects to add value for existing relationships.
• Compile and analyze data, run outreach campaigns, and monitor client satisfaction.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and teams.
