Job summary

Ascensus is the leading technology and service platform powering retirement plans across America, seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the focal point for plan clients and their financial advisors.

You will manage relationships with high-value accounts, provide consultative guidance, coordinate with internal teams, retain plans, and identify opportunities to enhance service, product features, and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in retirement services or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ direct client relationships within a financial services admin environment.
• Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a cohesive team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to produce high quality work under time constraints.
• Strong written and oral communication; capable of group presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for existing big and elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.
• Provide relationship management for plan accounts and financial professionals to ensure successful service experiences and plan retention.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to execute coordinated client strategies.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate clients and sponsors on products and services.
• Analyze data, track communications and escalations to enhance the Ascensus experience.
• Lead or participate in projects that add value to existing relationships.
