You will contribute to meeting sales goals through consultative conversations, referrals to specialists, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and policies, while delivering a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Drive sales by developing and expanding client relationships and referring opportunities to partners.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed and support branch sales goals.
