The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and typically 5+ years in retail banking, with a focus on customer service, effective communication, and cross-selling within a collaborative branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically five+ years in retail banking or related experience.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and trust.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products.
• Experience with digital banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assess and attend to customers' banking needs and educate on deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Identify solutions for clients by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Educate clients on emerging self-service digital products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients efficiently.
• Process basic transactions and greet clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
