Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. The role focuses on building trust, assessing banking needs, and guiding clients toward appropriate deposit and loan products with a digital-first approach.

You will educate clients on available services, open accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement to provide tailored banking counsel.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends suitable solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Maintains knowledge of digital banking products and services and promotes self-service options.
