Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, explain available deposit and loan products, and tailor recommendations to each client’s goals.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on digital products and self-service tools, while partnering with branch teams to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and proactively follow up.
• Strong communication and digital product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital services and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences.
